account or personal information via phone, email or text messaging. Should
you receive any solicitations requesting account information (for example,
your account number, debit card number, PIN, etc.), do not respond. Please

clientservices@natlbank.com. Our
Customer Support hours are Monday through Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and
Friday 8 am to 6 pm.
